Dear Stephanie,
I am writing in regards to some problems that I have had with the apartment at
902 Merritt Avenue, Oshkosh, WI.
#1: The heaters in the kitchen and the bathroom have not been working
properly, they don't even get warm, so the heaters in the rest of the house
have been trying to heat the whole house and it is not working.
#2: The smell in my daughter's room and in our computer room is so bad
that I refuse to let my daughter sleep in her room. I believe that is
unsanitary living conditions and I would like something done about that.
#3: When we take a shower during the day, we can see the light coming
from outside the top drain in the bath tub which causes a awful breeze
from outside when we are taking a shower or giving my daughter a bath.
#4: The window in the living room has to be propped open with something
for it to stay open, which is not safe with my one year old child running
around in the sümmertime; she could bump it, which could cause it to
crush her fingers.
Problems #1 & #4 have been brought to your attention in the past and nothing as
been done about them. As for the other problems they have not been noticed
until the winter began. I would appreciate if all of these things could be taken
care of in a timely manner. Thank you for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
Julie Berry
