AprilS, 1999 Mr Jim Walth 217 Baldwin Street Oshkosh WI 54901 Dear Mr. Walth: A drive by inspection revealed an older model vehicle parked in the driveway on the property at 217 Baldwin Street. Please be advised that Section 30-36 (A) of the City of Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance requires that vehicles on residential lots be in condition for sate and effective performance of the function for which they are designed, and that they display current license plates. It would appear the vehicle on this property is not in compliance with the applicable codes. As a follow up to our phone conversation about repairing autos on this property, the servicing or repair vehicles in an R-2 Two Family Residence District is not an allowed use, and must cease immediately. Please be advised the property will be inspected again on or about April 23, 1999 and if vehicles are observed on the property at 217 Baldwin Street on or after April 23, 1999 that are not in compliance with the Ordinance, or ifvehicles are being repaired on the property, violation correction notices may be issued in order to gain compliance with the City codes.
