Dear Mr. Booth:
A drive by inspection revealed an older model brown Oldsmobile parked in the rear part of
your property at 213 Baldwin Street. Please be advised that Section 30-36 (A) of the City of
Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance requires that vehicles on residential lots be in condition for sate and
effective performance of the function for which they are designed, and that they display current
license plates. It would appear the vehicle on your property is not in compliance with the
applicable codes.
The property will be inspected again on or about April 23, 1999 and if vehicles are
observed on the property at 213 Baldwin Street on or after April 23, 1999 that are not in
compliance with the Ordinance, violation correction notices may be issued in order to gain
compliance with the City codes.
If you have any questions, or if I can be of assistance to you in resolving this matter I can
