Wisconsin 54902-1130 City of Oshkosh ~ OJHKOJH April 8, 1999 Mr Michael Booth 213 Baldwin Street Oshkosh WI 54901 Dear Mr. Booth: A drive by inspection revealed an older model brown Oldsmobile parked in the rear part of your property at 213 Baldwin Street. Please be advised that Section 30-36 (A) of the City of Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance requires that vehicles on residential lots be in condition for sate and effective performance of the function for which they are designed, and that they display current license plates. It would appear the vehicle on your property is not in compliance with the applicable codes. The property will be inspected again on or about April 23, 1999 and if vehicles are observed on the property at 213 Baldwin Street on or after April 23, 1999 that are not in compliance with the Ordinance, violation correction notices may be issued in order to gain compliance with the City codes.
