That Articles XX through XXXIII inclusive, and the associated zoning map, all on file at the City Clerk's Office, are hereby created regarding extraterritorial zoning regulations for those portions of the Town of Algoma under the City's jurisdiction. The Table of Contents is also hereby revised to include these Articles. Article XX. Extraterritorial Zoning Administration Article XXI. Extraterritorial Zoning Districts – Provisions Article XXII. Extraterritorial Additional Standards & Exceptions Article XXIX. Extraterritorial Off-Street Parking & Loading Facilities Article XXX. Extraterritorial Sign Regulations Article XXXI. Extraterritorial Airport Overlay District Article XXXII. Extraterritorial Floodplain Provisions Article XXXIII. Extraterritorial Official Map SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect on and after its passage and publication.
