The submittal has been CONDITIONALLY APPROVED. The owner, as deemed in Chapter 101.01(10), Wisconsin Statutes, is responsible for compliance with all code reqnirements NOTE: - The top side of the ceiling framing will not be sheeted, and the area above the offices is NOT TO BE USED FOR STORAGE! Revised plans are reqnired to be submitted for review prior to this area being used for storage, or any additional equipment being placed in this location. Key Item(s) I Conditions: . IMC 304.1 Equipment and appliances shall be installed as required by the terms of their approval, in accordance with the conditions of the listing, the manufactures instructions and this code. Verify that CO and NO2 detectors are installed per their allowed coverage areas. . Comm 61.31(4) Revisions to approved plans. All proposed revisions and modifications which involve rules under this code and which are made to construction documents that have previously been granted approval by the department or its authorized representative, shall be submitted to the office that granted the approval. All revisions and modifications to plans shall be approved in writing by the department or its authorized representative prior to the work involved in the revision or modification being catried out. A revision or modification to a plan, drawing or specification shall be signed and sealed in accordance with Comm 61.31(1). MUN 30-35 (1)(5) All rooftop and ground level mechanical equipment and utilities shall be fully screened from view of any street or residential zoning district. Contact David Buck - Associate planner (920) 236- 5062 for additional information on screening requirements. All screening shall be properly anchored in place to resist wind loads. Additionally IBC 1608.8 Roofprojections - Drift loads due to mechanical equipment, penthouses, parapets and other projections above the roof shall be detern1Ìned in accordance with Section 7.8 of ASCE 7. No HV AC permit will be issued until screening plan has been approved. Note: If the AlC condenser were located on the gronnd, screening wonld be more easily accomplished, and there would be no requirement for the permanent ladder to the roof as noted in item No. 10. SUBMIT: . Comm 61.50 (4) Supervision. Prior to the initial occupancy of an alteration the supervising professional shall file a compliance statement form SBD-9720 with this office. . IECC 503.3.3.7 [Comm 63.0503(2)(t)] Balancing and documentation of the HV AC system shall conform to the !MC. Balancing report required to be submitted prior to final occupancy being allowed. A copy of the approved plans, specifications, and this letter shall be on-site during construction. All pennits are required to be obtained prior to commencement of work. In granting this approval the City of Oshkosh Inspection Services Department reserves the right to require changes or additions should conditions arise making them necessary for code compliance. As per state stats 101.12(2), nothing in this review shall relieve the designer of the responsibility for designing a safe bnilding, structore, or component.
