This includes the proper storage & removal of garbage & debris. Garbage shall be properly tored behind and adjacent to the rear of the dwelling farthest away from any public street or sidewalk. Use or storing upholstered furniture/furniture not intended for exterior use on open porches or lawns is prohibited. Irving Oshkosh, WI 54901 Reference: G.arbage and yard debris I received a violation notice from the City of Oshkosh regarding garbage, furniture and yard debris. As your home I hope that you will take a few extra minutes to properly place your garbage and recyclables for pick-up. Unkept and accumulated garbage is a nuisance and you could receive fines from the city. I have enclosed a recycling guide for your reference. Please place separated garbage on the curb for pick-up each week. As stated in the Rules and Regulations of your lease: "Yard clean-up and garbage removal is the responsibility of each tenant. All garbage must be stored at the rear of the building at all times until garbage pick up. Any city fines for tenants not abiding by these rules will be paid for by tenants: Further, as stated in the Non-standard Rental Provisions: "Yard clean-up and garbage removal due to tenant neglect will be charged to the tenantat$15Jhou~" I will inspect the property on Friday 1/13/06.
