Item # Code 17-36B Compliance No Compliance Date 01/12/2006 No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public uisance, eyesore andlor hazard. This includes the proper storage & removal of garbage & debris. Garbage shall be properly tored behind and adjacent to the rear of the dwelling farthest away from any public street or sidewalk. See enclosed photos or locations and specifics on violations noted. All violations may not have been photographed. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date to avoid Municipal Citations eing issued. Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 2/3/06 Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment.
