Dear Mr. Gresser;
I am writing on behalf of our client, Mr. Marc Schmidt. You previously were copied with a letter
that Mr. Schmidt wrote to his landlord, Mr. Jamie Anderson. A copy of that letter is enclosed for
your reference. Also enclosed with that letter is a description of the repair requests that were
made by Mr. Schmidt.
As ofthis date, the only repair concern that has been addressed by Mr. Anderson is number one
on the enclosed list that would be the storm window in the child's bedroom.
I now enclose a 4-page outline of problems that continue to exist in the apartment owned by Mr.
Anderson.
I am advising our client to contact you so that you can make the necessary arrangements to
inspect the rental unit that he presently occupies. I am especially concerned given the fact that
there is a two year old and three year old child residing in the residence. The exposed nails and
the electrical outlet situation appear to be of immediate concern and in my opinion, a safety risk.
Should you have any question regarding this correspondence, please do not hesitate to contact
me. Our client will be in touch with you forthwith.

unsupported and could cause a risk of tripping or stumbling.
