Dear Sir:
The above-reference plans have been stamped CONDITIONALLY APPROVED based upon review
for confonnance to the current edition of the Wisconsin Administrative Building and Heating,
Ventilating and Air Conditioning Code, chapters COMM 50-64,66 & 69. Theses plans have NOT
been reviewed for confonnance to the Plumbing Code (chs. COMM 81-86), the Electric Code (ch.'
COMM 16) and any COMM code not specifically.
You are hereby advised that the owner, as defined in Chapter 101.01(1) of the Wisconsin Stàte
Statutes, is responsible for all code requirements not specifically cited herein. Code requirements
are set forth in Chapters 50 through 64 of the rules of the Department of Industry, Labor and Human
Relations.
The building will be inspected during construction and a final inspection will be made after
completion to insure complete compliance with city and state codes.
The architect, professional engineer, builder or owner shall keep at the building, as evidence of
approval, one set of plans bearing the stamp of approval.

Lighting worksheets have been reviewed and staÌnped CONDITIONALLY
COMM 51.049 Any penetrations of the 1 hour wall and floor systems shall meet an approved and
listed assembly.
COMM 51.049 Raceways penetrating the side studs and top plates of the stud cavity containing
the electric service panel shall be properly fire protected.
COMM 51.045 Provide proof the center support wall is properly fire stopped and drywalled to meet
the 1 hour requirements.
COMM 50.12 Provide plans detailing the alterations necessary to bring the office mezzanines at
the SE and SW comers of the building into compliance with exiting and construction requirements.
There is no record of these being built for office mezzanines.
