1. COMM 21.02 Truss plans and layouts, Tn layouts, and beamlheader calculations are
required to be submitted and approved prior to the rough framing inspection, Please note that
the basement floor can not be poured prior to the rough framing inspection.
2. The "Standard Conditions of Approval" sheet is required to be read and signed.
3. COMM 21.05 A minimum of 8% light and 3.5% ventilation shall be provided for all
