All habitabl~ rooms must be provided with 8% light and 3.5% ventilation. Bedrooms
located on th~ second floor or belowgroiriid lèvel must be provided with egress windows
in addition to the light and ventilation requirements, Basement windows are also
r~quired to have window well areas in accordance with I1HR 21.03.

includes holes in the top and bottom plates, gaps around heating ducts, and holes in the
return air spaces,

detectors are required to be hardwired âIldinterëoIlIlected.

All overframing must be designed by the truss manufacturer, according to standards set
by the truss plate institute, or structural' calculations must be provided prior to the rough
building inspection.

Truss plans must be submitted and approved prior to framing the roof.

Trussplans including the truss layout must be provided on site at the rough building
inspection, In addition to the truss plans, microlam calculations must be provided on site
at the rough building inspection for all mi.crolari1s~thpoint loads on them.

and Tn's must be designed for the cantilevered areas.

The property owner and applicant is responsible for compliance with ILHR 21,125
(Erosion Control). When installing access drives, a minimum ûf2"-3" diametcrstone is
required in addition to. a minimum of 6" depth, 30'~50' length, and 14'-20' width. Erosion
control measures must be. maintained until the lawn is established.

The building placard must be posted on site at all times. Once the rough framing is up
the placard must be posted on the patio door or on akìtchen window, If the placard is not
present at any inspection, stop work orders will be posted. Additional placards can be
obtained through our department if the cards are misplaced.

on the inspection the mechanicals are not. roughed in, the inspection will fail and a $100
re-inspection fee will bc charged,
Attached is a copy of the final inspection checklist. At the final inspection all items on
this list must be completed to avoid the $100 re-inspection fee per inspection.

When requesting final inspections please note that a minimum of 2 days notice is needed
from fuet¡m~tl1~jnspection is ready, Furniture is only allowed to be ¡ilâced in the center
of the garage floor and a minimum of a 3' pathway must be provided around the walls of
the garage. At the final inspection no furniture or personal belongings are allowed in the
house. Appliances such as the stove, refrigerâtor, washer, and dryer are not to be set in
place due. to the ~lectrical inspector needing to look at the power serving the appliances.
A 6' stepladder must be on site at the final inspection to provide access to the attic,
