A recent insepction reveals the building is being damaged / subject to deterioration as the result of moisture. The moisture
may be a result of inadequate ventilation of the pool area, roof leaks or both. Regardless, measures shall be taken to
addressthe source(s) of the moisture and all deteriorated I dmaged surfaces shall be repaired I replaced.

Summary
his office will require a thorough inspection of the roof to be performed by a qualified roofing contractor. This inspection must
be performed in the presence of this office. Documentation must be provided by a qualified HV AC designer verifying thethe
HV AC system for the building and pool is operating properly to dehumidify the building to prevent damage due to
pondensation. Failure to comply will result in Municipal Citation issuance.
Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. CaU for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 8/18/04
