The purchase was subject to a Real Estate Condition report signed by Daryl Asbury and Robin Asbury in which they indicated that they were not aware of remodeling affecting the property's structure or mechanical systems or that additions to the property were made during their period of ownership without the required permits. We received two correction notices from the Inspection Services of the Depariinent of Community Development of the City of Oshkosh in December 2005, which are attached.
