The property owner and applicant is responsible for compliance with ILHR 21.125 (Erosion Control). At the final inspection no furniture or personal belongings are allowed in the house. Appliances such as the stove, refrigerator, washer, and dryer are not to be setin place due to th.e electriöal inspector needing to look at the power serving the appliances. A 6' stepladder must be on site at the fillal inspection to provide access to the attic. The building placard must remain on the patio door or on a kitchen window until occupancy is approved. Occupancy is not allowed prior to the placard having all of the final inspection approved stickers on the backside.
