SAFE AND CLEAN DWELLING UNITS AND PREMISES. NO OWNER
SHALL RENT TO ANY OTHER PERSON FOR OCCUPANCY OR ALLOW ANY
PERSON TO OCCUpy ANY DWELLING UNIT UNLESS IT IS SAFE AND
CLEAN, AND COMPLIES WITH ALL PROVISIONS OF THE MINIMUM
HOUSING CODE AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE.
THERE ARE NO SMOKE DETECTORS INSTALLED IN THE BASEMENT OR FIRST FLOOR,
PLEASE FORWARD TO THIS OFFICE A SIGNED SMOKE DETECTOR RESPONSIBILIn-
FORM IF IN FACT YOU HAVE ONE SIGNED BY THE TENANT.
THE FRONT AND REAR LIVING UNIT DOORS ARE IN POOR CONDITION AND SHALL BE
REPLACED WITH SOLID COBEDOORS TO. INCLUDE DEADBOLT LOCKING DEVICES AS
DEFINED IN SECTION 16-LL,
THE 30 AMP ELECTRICAL SERVICE SHOWS SIGNED OF OVERHEATING, LOOSE CONNEC-
TIONS AND/OR OVER;iLOADS WHICH CREATE A FIRE HAZARD IN THE DWELLING, THE
ELECTRICAL SERVICE SHALL BE REPLACED WITH A 100 AMP SERVICE AS REQUIRED
BY THE ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR. PERMIT.AND CONTRACTOR REQUIRED,
THERE IS AN OPEN SEWER CONDITION UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK WHERE THE SINK
DRAIN IS DISCONNECTED, THE DRAIN SHALL BE REPLACED BY A LICENSED PLUMBE
THE RUSTED OUT 2" WASTE FROM THE KITCHEN SINK SHALL BE PROPERLY REPLACEJ:
BY A LICENSED PLUMBER, DRAINS INTO QUESTIONABLE DRAIN TILE RECEPTACLE.
