I phoned 1'1r. Schuler, 20 Dec. 1990, and advised him that if I were to reca;¡end conditional approval of the request, it VIould be based on isolating the laundry area by 1 hour construction. This would not be an easy task. I suggested that the peti ti on be I'li thdrawn, and if wi thdravm I woul d refund a portion of the petition fees ($170.00). The refunded fees could then be applied toward the replac~nent of the gas dryers with electric units. If the dryers are electric, this petition is not necessary.
