Dear Mr. Pommerening,
In regard to outstanding zoning issues for the Pommerening used car sales facility at 425 N. Washburn Rd., it is
my understanding that you have a schedule established to bring the exterior lighting condition into compliance
with the requirements of Chapter 30 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code, the Zoning ordinance.
You have proposed the following commitment in this regard:
.. Supply the Zoning Administrator with an updated copy of the exterior lighting plan, depicting the foot-
candle measurements of the light that will be present and casting off the site, extended to the lot lines of the
property.
. Have the new light fixtures and existing lit,t fixtures that are casting light off site adjusted or replaced
within 45 days of this letter, by August 17 2003.
By signing this letter you agree to the stipulations listed above.
