Dear Mr. Luedtke:
This office represents the interests of Marissa and Krista Phillips currently residing at 720
Cherry St. Apt. B, Oshkosh, WI. I have enclosed a copy of the request that our clients
sent to Ms. Struensee to deal with some repair problems. I would ask that you review the
enclosed list. The list was forwarded to Ms. Struensee on September 3, 2004. Nothing
has been done in the way of repairs. By copy of this letter I am instructing my clients to
contact you in hopes that you could take a look at the property.
