I 16-35A (6) No owner shall rent to any other person for occupancy or allow any person to occupy
any dwelling ,unit or premises unless it is safe and clean, and complies with all
provisions .of the Minimum Housing Code and Section 18-79.1 of the Property
Maintenance Code.
2 16-34A (2)a Every habitable room shall be provided with window areas openable to the outside. A
review of the building plans reveal that the skylights are required ventilation and shall
be openable by the tenants. Opening equipment shall be supplied to the occupants of
any habitable room where skylights are not accessible without special equipment.
CORRECTION SCHEDULE
Item # 2 shall be corrected before July 13, 1995.
