To Whom It May Concern: Regarding a building permit being applied for an additional garage to be used for storage as they already have a 4 car garage at 90 Crimson Lane. Please carefully look at their platt. I do not believe they are permitted to build a garage so close to common water a lagoon. The vacant lot adjacent belongs to ???? Samster. Some day this lot will be developed. The placement of this garage will hinder their view as well as lower the value of their land and not enhance it. This garage is being built far from the Dempsey's home and very close to the one day home on the Samster lot; as well as our home. Please consider how the placement of that garage hinders my family room view of the lagoon. We did not complain to you when they built their home and the grade level was raised 10 feet so they could include a 10 foot basement in the building of their home. I have before and after pictures of how that changed our view. My husband and I are 100% against this or any structure being built in that area. Looking forward to your response as to the legality of it based on current City of Oshkosh ordinances. Please advise as to how we can stop this garage from being built legally. Sincerely, ~ p~ ~ M.
