Item # 2 Code MUN 7-8 Compliance No Compliance Date 12/28/2005 Description Apermit is required to be obtained for the front porch remodel. It was noted at the final garage inspection that new framing was present for the front porch. I am enclosing regulations in regards to treads and risers, spindle, guardrail, and handrail 11/28/05 requirements. It was noted that the front porch did not compiy with these requirements. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 12/28/05 Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment.
