Re: Commercial Building located at 448 N. Main Street, Oshkosh
To Whom it May Concern;
Wesley Heating & Cooling, Inc. (WHC) proposes to install new HY AC equipment for the main
and second level of the above-named building.
The gas piping for the equipment will be placed on the outside of the building on the east side
from the existing meter bases to the roof line. Piping will be painted the same color as the
building. The condensing units for the heating equipment will be placed on the rooftop no the
general footprint to be: (2) 30x30x30, (4) 24x24x24 and (1) 30x30x24. These units will be
located in the center portion of the roof and will not be visible from the north, south, east or west
locations as indicated by flags on the enclosed pictures. Also, the ventilation stacks for the
heating and bathroom exhausts will not be visible from the north, south, east or west locations.
We do not feel that these items will need to be screened.
