GRANT CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT; APPROVE FINAL
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - 2351 WESTOWNE AVENUE
INITIATED BY:
MOUNTAIN MUDD EXPRESSO, PETITIONER
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that a
conditional use permit for expansion of a planned commercial development for
construction of a 64 sq. ft. prefabricated drive-thru coffee kiosk within the Menard's
parking lot, per the attached "Exhibit A", is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh
hereby approves of the Planned District Overlay and final development plan per the
attached "Exhibit A".
