A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 30-16
(B) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO ZONING DISTRICTS.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 30-16(B) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to
Zoning Districts and the map therein described is hereby amended by changing the
district character of the following described property from R-1 Single Family to R-3
Multiple Dwelling.
Part of Lot 1 of CSM 5737 as recorded in Vol. 1 of certified survey maps on page 5737,
Doc. No. 1359197, being part of the SW % of the NE %, Section 2, T18N, R16E, 12th
Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, described as follows: beginning
at the SW corner of said Lot 1; thence N 00-12-02 E along the W line of said Lot 1 a
distance of 170.55 ft.; thence N 89-37-00 E 875.29 ft.; thence S 00-06-06 W along the E
line of said Lot 1 a distance of 169.18 ft.; thence S 89-31-52 W along the S line of said
Lot 1 a distance of 875.70 ft. to the point of beginning. Containing 148,718 sq. ft. of
land, more or less, plus public right-of-way extending to the centerline of Eichstadt Rd.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication.
