COMM 50.12 This review does not include heating, ventilating or air conditioning. The owner should be reminded that HVAC plans. calculations, a completed SBD-118 application fonnand appropriate fees are required to be submitted for review and approval prior to installation. COMM 50.12 This review does not include lighting. COMM 63.01 Prior to installation,lighting plans and calculations shall be prepared in compliance with the code and properly signed and sealed. The plans shall be available at the job site as requested by the Department representative or local official. COMM 52.24 Provide a separate room or space on the site for the storage of recyclable materials. COMM 54.06(2) Provide exit lights for all exits other than the principle entrance, and elsewhere as required to direct occupants to the exits [see s. COMM 51.15 (5)]. COMM 54.15(3) Fire extinguishers are required to be provided in accordance with COMM 51.22.
