Certain items are missing, therefore, the required Certificate of Occupancy cannot be issued. A Final Electrical Inspection conducted on 2/4/05 revealed the attached code violation(s), which have not been re-inspected for compliance. These code violations prohibited Occupancy Approval at the time. Previous correspondence, sent 4118/05, regarding the status of the Certificate of Occupancy has not been aclrnowledged. Without a Certificate of Occupancy there may be delays with any future sale or refinancing of the property. Additionally, occupancy without a Certificate of Occupancy is a violation of the Oshkosh Municipal Code.
