The plumbing will not be allowed to intrude into the required 36” stairway width. The stairway requires code compliant handrails and guardrails. th Violations(s) of at 649 W 9 Ave The wood framed wall separating the basement from the crawlspace is full of mold and requires removal. All damaged beams, joists, etc. shall be replaced and/or repaired. The water heater and furnace shall be replaced due to the basement being flooded. This is required to be abandoned immediately. A cover is required for the sump pit. Numerous signs of water infiltration into the basement. All mold is to be removed by a knowledgable person and/or company that has experience dealing with mold removal. This retarder is to cover the entire surface area of the crawlspace and is required to be secured in place. All weeds and grass in access of 8” in height shall be cut and/or removed. The garage is required to be painted or sided. An interior inspeciton of the garage will be required prior to repairing this structure due to signs of deterioration.
