crawlspace. This retarder is to cover
the entire surface area of the
crawlspace and is required to be
secured in place.
All weeds and grass in access of 8” in height
shall be cut and/or removed. All junk/debris
shall be removed from public view and not

Repair the damaged boards on the detached garage.
The garage is required to be painted or sided. An
interior inspeciton of the garage will be required
prior to repairing this structure due to signs of
deterioration.

The exterior osb on the wall has signs of delamination and will require
replacement. All construction shall comply with min. code requirements.
