Box 1130 Oshkosh, WI 54903 RE: 716 Oregon Street Dear Allan: I am submitting this letter and enclosed floor plan to you In response to the Correction Notice dated 7/25/05 that I received from the City of Oshkosh Inspection Services Division. The notice was in regards to the sanitary facility requirements for the first fioor commercial space of 716 Oregon Street. We purchased this building from the City of Oshkosh in October of 2004. The floor plan enclosed was drawn by Rick Schroeder and was actually done for the City when they owned the building. We were given this floor plan when we purchased the building and we used it for the second floor renovation work that was completed. We also used this floor plan for the "white box" commercial space on the first floor. The first floor bathroom was "stubbed in" prior to our purchasing of the building, we just completed it based on the floor plan for our tenant. The bathroom, as it stands now, is the same size as the floor plan specs. As you are aware of, immediately after the remodeling of the first floor, we leased this space to LouLou / Neleven, LLC but, that tenant is no longer renting this space from us. This space is now rented to Legends Tae Kwon Do. According to Legends, on a day-to-day basis, they have approximately 10 people in the space at a time. That number includes instructors, students and parents; there are also many times when there are fewer than 10 people in the space. Most of the people who come to Legends are in the space for their lesson time only which is typically one hour. Also, everyone who comes is already "dressed" for their lesson. They do not have people showering or changing at the space.
