A Final Electrical Inspection revealed code violations, which have not been re-inspected for compliance. These code violations prohibited occupancy approval at that time. Please see attached documents. Without a Certificate of Occupancy there may be delays with any future sale or refinancing of the property. Dear Capital Credit Union: A review of the inspection records revealed a Certificate of Occupancy has not been issued, The contractor has failed to arrange the necessary inspection(s) to verify code compliance.
