Reviewing the file for 2495 Jackson Street, Oshkosh, WI 54901-1507 it was
noted that a Certificate of Occupancy has not been issued for the Credit
Union, referenced by Building Pennit (s) 84374 & 84548, Certain items are
missing, therefore, the required Certificate of Occupancy cannot be issued.
A Final Electrical Inspection revealed code violations, which have not
been re-inspected for compliance. These code violations prohibited
occupancy approval at that time. Please see attached documents.
Without a Certificate of Occupancy there may be delays with any future sale
or refinancing of the property. Additionally, occupancy without a
Certificate of Occupancy is a violation of the Oshkosh Municipal Code.

Re: Certificate of Occupancy for 2495 Jackson St - New Credit Union.
Dear Capital Credit Union:
A review of the inspection records revealed a Certificate of Occupancy has not been issued, The
contractor has failed to arrange the necessary inspection(s) to verify code compliance. Our records
indicate:

A Temporary Certificate of Occupancy was granted on -' subject to cOrrecting and
obtainingå re-inspection of the attached noted code violations.
A Final Electrical Inspection revealed the attached code violations, which have not been re-
inspected for compliance.. These code violations prohibited occupancy approval at that time.
See attached Correction Notice.
A Final Electrical Inspection or Re-inspection was requested, but there was no access to the
site at the time of the requested inspection.
A Fina), Electrical Inspection has not either been requested or conducted.

, but the electric contractor did indicate thev were corrected.
Without a Certificate of Occupancy there may be delays with any future sale or refinancing of yom
property. Additionally, occupancy without a Certificate of Occupancy is subject to Municipal Citations.
We do not desire to resort to this measure and are requesting your assistance. Please contact this office
to make arrangements for the required inspection( s) to be performed within the next 15 days.
