WDNR/WDOC Notice of Intent I will be proposing that this project is a "redevelopment", since the proposed impervious area is very similar (within the intent of "redevelopment") to the existing. This will eliminate the need. for any detention (per WDNR), eliminate the need to consider infiltration for storm water, and reduce the water quality requirements ITom 80% to 40%. City of Oshkosh - Stormwater Mana2:ement The proposed project site limits are under 3 acres and the proposed impervious area is less than 50%. As a result, this should eliminate the need for any detention and any runoff control (per City Code Section 24- 10).
