Item # Code 16-37A(5) Compliance No Compliance Date 10/28/2005 IMMEDIATELY Description Every owner shall be responsible for extermination of any insects, rodents or other pests whenever infestation occurs in more han one dwelling unit in a dwelling, or in shared of public parts of a dwelling of two or more units or in any vacant unit.
