A permit is required to be obtained lor the deck, patio, and hot tub. In addition to the building permits an electrical permit is required to be
btained for the hot tub wiring and lor the garage wiring. The garage is not aliowed to be wired with extension cords. The extension cords are
equired to be eliminated immediately to avoid the possibility 01 a fire. Please note the deck is required to have a minimum 0148" 01 lrost
rotection. I have enclosed a pamphlet detailing the requirements.

Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 11/24/2005
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the
