Item # 5 Code 16-33A(6) Compliance No Compliance Date 11/24/2005 Description ~tairways in two family dwellings shall be in sound condition, equipped with proper handrails & guardrails installed in 13ccordance with COMM 21.04 & safe to use. Stairways shall be equipped with treads and risers reasonably uniform. See 10/25/05 ~nclosed photos for locations and specifics on violations noted.
