The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has notified us they have your proposal to build
:.. a 30' above ground level (AGL) building at 43.59' 12.10" II and ossa 35' 03.10" W on the
.,: west side of USH 41 west of the of the Wittman RegIonal Airport (OSH).
As you know, the site is within three statute miles of the airport and In a location where a
height limitation-zoning ordinance (HLZO) protects the airspace around the airport. At your
.~ site, the HLZO ~llows objects no higher than&'859' aDovemean sea level (Ä1\'í$LY: Your
bulldlnll would reach 859' AMSL and be in compliance with the HLZO. (See attached map.)
As long as the sign you plan wttl be no higher than the building, you do not need to notify
:the FAA separately of the sign.
The FAA Is now completing their aeronautical study to determine if the building would
¡ hàve any adverse effect on air traffic at the airport. Since this building will be lower than
, existing structures In the immediate vicinity, I'm confident their determination will be No
, Hazard to Air Navigation.
