The room cannot be occupied unless the system is functional. Make up heat also shall be supplied during winter months. Excensi0l1 cords are being used in room #14. The cords sha 1 be removed and receptacles installed to eliminate future cord use. 'l'he license expired on l1av 21, 1989.
