paired and finished.
The ceilliJJ:.gplaster in room #4 is unkeyed and ready to
fall. 'fhe ceiling shall be replaced.
All openable windows shall be supplied with screens equal
to 4% of the floor area of the rooms. All torn or dam~ged
screens shall be replaced. (Rm#4 no screen at all)
The water damage to the upper hall/stairwell ceiling shall
be repaired.
The ventilation system in room #13 in non-functional. The
room cannot be occupied unless the system is functional.
Make up heat also shall be supplied during winter months.
Excensi0l1 cords are being used in room #14. The cords sha 1
be removed and receptacles installed to eliminate future
cord use.
'l'he license expired on l1av 21, 1989. A reinspect ion ",ill
be made on June 26, 1989 ~o assure compliance'
