Dear Mr. Frey:
On July 2, 1984, I inspected your rooming house located at
531 Jackson Street for license renewal. During the inspection I
noted various minimum housing code violations which shall be cor-
rected before I can issue a new license. Inasmuch as your license
for 531 Jackson Street expired in 1982, I would recommend that
these corrections be made as soon as possible.
The violations noted are as follows:
~¡¿ 1. The faucet on the kitchen sink is in poor condition and shall
be replaced with a new faucet.
~~2. There is severe damage to the cabinet under the kitchen sink
from water. The source of the water shall be determined and the cab-
inet repaired.

'ø There is some illegal wiring under the kitchen sink which
has been exposed to the water damage. ~~~tS wiring shall be properly¿
replaced by a licensed electrician. ~"t ~ ~
tÎ~4. The kitchen ceiling has chipped and peeling paint. The
kitchen ceiling shall be repaired and properly painted.
lJ~ There is no handrail on the basement steps from the kitchen.
