I\n inspection of your rental property following a tenant complaint revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Minimum
Housing Code which shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item. A drive-by inspection on 11/2/05
evealed that the "POSTED UNFlr' placards were missing or removed from the building. Please contact this office
mmediately to avoid the issuance of Municipal Citations.

If the Housing Inspector shall determine a dwelling is in such condition that it constitutes a public nuisance and there is great
anger to the public health, safety and weifare, the Housing inspector shall cause such dwelling to be posted unfit for human
habitation by placed a placard on the dwelling containing the following words: "THIS DWELLING CANNOT BE USED FOR
HUMAN HABITATION, OCCUPANCY OR USE" The property is without gas per WPS.

nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage & removal of garbage & debris. Unlicensed, non street
egal and/or inoperable vehicles or Auto parts are prohibited and shall be removed from the premises or stored inside out of

It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified
nd return the signed confirmation. PLEASE CONTACT THIS OFFICE IMMEDIATELY. This premises is unfit for human
habitation, occupancy or use, and shall not be occupied until approval by the Building Inspector, at which time an interior
nspection will be required.
Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 10/19/05
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the
nature of what needs to be inspected.
