Item # Code 17-36B Compliance No Compliance Date 10/24/2005 Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any condition, which creates a public nuisance, eyesore bnd/or hazard, generating complaints & which affects property values in the area. This includes the proper removal of any 10/17/05 dead / diseased trees. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 11/16/05 Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the nature of what needs to be inspected.
