An Occupancy Permit is hereby granted for the multi-family residence located at 2260
Patriot Lane, Oshkosh, Wisconsin 54904 as described in Building Permit Application
number(s) 96449,
This building is to be used only as a 4 unit condo and is located in the R-3PD, Multiple
Dwelling District with a Planned Development Overlay,
LIMITATIONS:
Maximum persons and/or living units: One family per living unit
NOTE:
1) No Final Plumbing Inspection was requested or perfòrmed, This office will not
pursue this matter unless evidence of installation non-compliance is presented.
2) Copies of inspection results are available upon request in room 205, City Hall.
3) Future permits may be required for additional work to your property.
A new Certificate of Occupancy shall be required prior to occupancy, should additional
building(s) be erected, or should any buildings mentioned above be altered or moved.
The use of land, or buildings, shall not be changed until a Certificate of Occupancy is
issued for that occupancy. All conditions noted above must be complied with in order
for this certificate to be valid.
