nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. Garbage (solid waste) shall be properly stored behind and adjacent to the rear of the
welling farthest away from any public street or sidewalk. Porches/decks shall be kept free of refuse, furniture not intended for
xterior use and/or stored material.

and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 10/17/05
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the
nature of what needs to be inspected.
