Garage space is limited to a total of 1,200 sq ft of area for both units. Appears to be approx. 880 sq ft but is
not labeled on plan per Mun. Code, Section 30-19(B)(4).
Parking area behind house must be screened from view with a minimum of a 5' opaque screen. Typical
screens include benns, landscaping and fencing per Mun. Code, Section 30-36(C)(5)(a).
Maximum drive at property line is 24' wide. An administrative exception to this regulation may be granted
by the Director of Planning Services provided a minimum of a 4' vegetated separation between drives is
provided per Mun. Code, Section 30-36(C)(5)(b).
Curb-cuts are not detailed on submitted plan. Minimum curb-cut is l3'/maximum curb-cut is 29' with a
maximum flare of2.5' per Mun. Code, Section 25-104.1.
