BILLS It is recommended that the bills, as audited and presented by the Director of Finance, be approved for payment. 2. CANDLE LIGHT VIGIL Request permission to grant approval to the First Congregational Church to utilize Opera House Square and facilities on Wednesday, October 26, 2005, from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., for a Candle Light Vigil for Peace and Healing, in accordance with the attached letter of request. This is on Interfaith event held in partnership with the Paine Art Centerand the Grande Opera House in conjunction with the week long events surrounding the Tibetan Monks' visit here in town. This Vigil will follow the Monks' performance at the Grande. If the weather is inclement, the Vigil win be held at First Congregational Church. If you have questions, please feel free to contact me.
