Excavating along the foundation walls (as shown below) to 4"below top of footings. Bleeders will be
located and cleaned. Drain tile will be located and connected to the bleeders. Walls will be
straightened and mortor joints repaired on both sides. On coat of foundation coating will be applied
along with a 6 mil visqueen vapor barrier applied to the walls. The walls will be reinforced with
nineteen primed and painted 3" I beams. Backfilling will be with 3ft¡" clear stone to 16" of grade and
topsoil to grade. Five window wells will be installed to raise the grade.
All dirt and debris will be cleaned up and hauled away. If you have any questions please give me a
call. Permit is included.
