In previous positions, I have booked entertainment for college campuses (UW Stevens Point) and served as the Media Relations Director for a 2 week music festival in Michigan(Michigan Festival). In this role, I've developed a strong collaborative partnership with the Grand Opera House and have become familiar with other arts-related organizations in the Fox Valley area. Reason_for - wanting- to_serve: I would like to serve on the Grand Opera House Advisory Board because I strongly believe in it's mission and vision and think I could add a unique perspective to the committee. I strongly believe in the arts and, since moving to Oshkosh two years ago, have been very pleasantly surprised at the level of programming and opportunities that the Grand Opera House provides. Additionally, I've been pleasantly surprised at the strong support for the arts in our community and think it's a terrific, unique draw to our area.
