Please be advised that as your landlord you are hereby
notified that we intend to terroinate your tenancy on the premises
you now occupy as our tenant, said premises are described as:
1105 South Main St. Oshkosh, Wi.
Your tenancy shall be terminated on October 31, , 2005. We
shall require that you deliver to us full possession of the
rented premises :on said date, free of all your goods and
possessions together, we also request all keys to the premises.
Upon your full compliance, and if applicable, we shall
thereupon return any security deposit or escrow we may be holding
and that may be due you. Rent for the premises is due and payable
through and including the termination date.
