PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: All found consistent with Standards set forth in
Section 30-11 (0) of the Zoning Ordinance and approved w/conditions as noted
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that conditional
use permits are hereby granted for the following properties under Section 30-11 of the
Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance, and that said permits are granted with conditions, if any, as
noted for each respective property, and the Planned District Overlay and final development
plans, per the attached exhibits, are hereby approved.
B) 736 Algoma Boulevard; US Cellular, petitioner
A conditional use permit to allow placement of rooftop antennas, and associated
equipment, for cellular service on Clemons Hall within the UW-O campus planned
development area, per the attached "Exhibit B", with the following conditions:

A base standard modification is granted per Section 30-35(J)(4) of the Zoning
Ordinance to allow placement of 6 antennas in a residential zoning district.
Documentation shall be provided that the antennas meet Federal Communication
Commission (FCC) Emission Regulations.
Documentation be provided by a professional RF. engineer that confirms either the
co-location possibilities on the building or the buildings inadequacy to locate
additional telecommunication facilities.
