This letter is in response to your request for lighting change review for the Federal Express Ground Dist. Center located at 1775 Fernau Ave., received on September 2,2005. I have reviewed the site lighting plan for compliance with Section 30-35 (K) of the City Zoning Ordinance and it appears that the requested lighting level changes will continue to meet the standards of the Municipal Code. Please be aware that this letter does not constitute the construction and/or installation of the light fixture, which may require an electrical permit, but rather informs you that the light levels depicted on the plan are acceptable.
