Subject: 2320 Minerva St Counter Complaint 8/26/05 3:40 pm regarding rental property located at 2320 Minerva Street. There was water damage, walls were taken down, bare electrical wires, splices in romex with extension cords going to bedrooms. Robert Ramsey stated he has left numerous messages to an electrical inspector regarding this complaint and has not received a response. His girl friend, Sandra Hays, rents the property from Leon Smith. Mr. Smith now resides in another city and Robert will give you a contact number when you call him to set up an appointment to inspect the house. Someone will be available for an inspection on Wed 8/31, except from 9 -11 am.
