Citations being issued.
Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 10/6/05
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1:30 p.m, or by appointment. To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the
nature of what needs to be inspected.

Counter Complaint 8/26/05 3:40 pm regarding rental property located at 2320 Minerva Street. There was water damage,
walls were taken down, bare electrical wires, splices in romex with extension cords going to bedrooms. Robert Ramsey
stated he has left numerous messages to an electrical inspector regarding this complaint and has not received a response.
His girl friend, Sandra Hays, rents the property from Leon Smith. Mr. Smith now resides in another city and Robert will give
you a contact number when you call him to set up an appointment to inspect the house. Someone will be available for an
inspection on Wed 8/31, except from 9 -11 am. Please contact Robert @ 376 -0276, leave a message if necessary.
