To schedule inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the Address, Permit Number, Type of
Inspection (i.e. Footing, Service, Final, etc.), Access into Building if Secure (how do we gain entry), your Name and Phone
Number. Unless specified otherwise, we will assume the project is ready at the time the request is received. Work may
continue if the inspection is not performed within two business days from the time the project is ready.

agreement ("Agreement") for 1035 Jefferson St., Oshkosh, WI 54901, ("Property"). Agreement shall commence on July 15,
2oo5-andshall.end.onJuly 14,.2008.
The terms -and.conditions fur Agræment are: Prope<t}[priœ is $75,250. Buyers shall p~ Seller a 6.75% interest rate
amortized over a 30 year periodfor a monthly principle and interest payment of"$488.37. A balloon payment in the amount of
