Justin,
I have reviewed the map you provided regarding the proposed WPS repaving project, and it appears that the project
involves removal and replace the existing asphalt without changing the current drainage patterns. If that's the case, then I
believe there's not enough surface runoff existing through the driveway entrances to justify Installing inlets/catch basins to
capture the smaii amount of runoff at these locations. However, if the plan involves re-gradlng the existing paved areas to
direct additional runoff through the drive entrances and into S. Main Street, we would require the Installation of inlets to
capture this additional runoff prior to entering the street.
In summary, if the current drainage patterns are being maintaìned, there is no requirement to install catch basins and no
further review needed from Engineering, but if grading work is planned to change the existing drainage patterns, catch
basins may be required and we wouid need to review the grading and drainage pian.

Subject: WPS Oshkosh Asphalt Project
Jason,
We are planning to replace the existing asphalt and maintain the
existing water drainage at our Oshkosh facility located at 3300 North
Main Street. Attached is a drawing showing the current contours and
elevations. The drainage of water currently is sloped to the street and
to others areas of WPS property. Currently we do not have any catch
basins.
Our goal is to provide any information you require so that Northeast
Asphalt can obtain a construction permit then start construction
activities.
